DALE E. STATSON
Dale Statson was born in Albany, NY, graduated from CBA Military Academy and received B. A. in psychology from
New
York State University at Plattsburgh. Since this
time he has been well trained and has attended numerous sales, management, human resource, personnel,
motivation and recruitment seminars.
Professional career began in sales with Monroe, a
division of Litton Industries where he broke many sales records,
was nationally ranked #7 (out of 1300 sales
representatives), promoted to Sales Trainer, Sales
Manager and became their youngest Branch Manager.
Responsible for total profit and loss, he won
numerous distinguished sales and management awards.
In 1976 Mr. Statson began his career in the
professional recruiting industry, specializing in
the medical field. He was employed by a national
personnel agency focusing on sales and management placements. In 1977 he founded
Sales Executives, Inc. and always maintained the
philosophy of a confidential
search,
and has been dedicated to one goal of achieving "excellence
in recruiting".
Currently is President of Sales Executives, Inc.
which specializes in national recruiting for Sales,
Marketing, and Sales Management talent. The
corporation has dramatically grown with five offices
and recognized by the Michigan Association of
Personnel Services (M.A.P.S) as being #1 office in
the State for three years in a row based on sales
revenue! Acknowledged by his peers as being
Manager of the Year multiple times, he has
continued to be an influential member in M.A.P.S.
and directed many of the recruitment training
seminars. Along with writing articles on "Executive
Recruiting", he has also been a guest speaker at
many regional and national corporate sales meetings. He is well recognized
for his strong Christian work ethics, sincerity, and outstanding
dedication to being a leader in this
business. It should be noted that the corporation
has been a member of the National Association of
Personnel Services (N.A.P.S.) for many years.
Mr. Statson is married, has two grown children and
has a true love of the outdoors. He enjoys fly
fishing, hunting, and competitive clay target shooting. He resides in the country near Grand
Blanc, MI and continues to be influential in the
local community.
