   Job Interview Preparation Seminar
Giving Back to the Community

Have you ever identified a truly great position but been unable to get the job offer?

Have you ever interviewed but have been told that you came in second?

Many people have interviewed with a company to find out that they lost out to someone with "more experience".

In today's human resource sensitive world these answers may just be excuses that companies use to simply give you the “brush off”.  Employers want to be polite and therefore you frequently will not receive constructive criticism or honest input as to how you performed. Interviewing is a necessary but stressful part of life, and do you really know what you are doing in this process?  Chances are that you are not an expert interviewer, and refining these skills will be of benefit.

Scott Statson has grown up in the recruiting, executive search and interviewing world.  Scott's father Dale Statson founded Sales Executives, Inc. in 1977.  Scott has been a contributing partner to the firm since 1991.  He works diligently and confidentially to bring candidates and hiring managers together.  He has many successful years of evaluating and guiding candidates into new careers and lifetime opportunities.  The focus has been sales and sales management, but interviewing skills and techniques are similar for any industry. This experience has given Scott the ability to obtain vital feedback from hiring managers on what candidates have done wrong during the interview process. This critical inside knowledge of what employers are searching for and how you can improve your chances of finalizing a job offer is just part of what you’ll learn.

During this difficult economic time, it is Scott's objective to help job seekers maximize their chances of securing a position that they have always wanted.

Statson’s free job preparation seminar covers::

*
Resume preparation.  What a resume should and should not have on it.  What do hiring managers expect in a resume?
*
Interview preparation.  How much time should you invest in preparation?  What information should you know before you interview?
*
How to secure an interview.  What are some proven methods in getting interviews?
*
Interview pointers. Are there tips and tricks to interviewing?  What is expected in an interview?  Should I talk about money during and interview? What to do regarding follow up.
*
How do you negotiate compensation.  Can I negotiate compensation?  Is wrong to ask for more money?

Scott will cover these things and much more in his Job Interview Preparation Seminar.

This is a totally free seminar but due to seating limitations reservations are required.
